The AgMec spam tracking exchange. Social Engineer (AE) works with postings and chat lists to research and bait users posting spam on networks with the goal of learning about their identities and operator networks, for inclusion in the "AgMec Spam Tracker Registry". EE is a specialist who, through many techniques of investigative research, helps AgMec maintain its title as the "only spam tracking vendor that guarantees global operation and accuracy". Procedures include social engineering, researching trends in spam through discussion group postings, implementing baiting techniques such as spam-to-stop or harvest spam posts to identify anti-spam profiles.

Job responsibilities:

Uses RTFF searches and associated browser monitoring tools to obtain IP address "from other vendors' logs."

Receives user information from customer service department following customer requests for refunds.
